Honeymoon Day 5: SANTORINI

We flew to Santorini after a few days in Athens to stay at Imerovigli.  Santorini relies heavily on tourism, so a lot of restaurants and places already started to shut down since we were traveling at the tail end of the tourist season.  It was nice though, because it made things less crowded, and the weather was still pretty nice over all.  This post will basically be of lots of pretty scenery shots, because we took it easy & just wandered around all day.

Honeymoon Day 4: ATHENS

So we managed to stay in Athens for 3 full days & go to the Acropolis Museum without actually going to the Acropolis. Day 4 was our more structured Tour day - starting off with an awesome food walking tour, and ending with a tour of the Acropolis area.  Boy were we tired after that!

Honeymoon Days 2 & 3: ATHENS

Day 2 recap: We wandered around Athens a LOT and did random things.
Day 3 recap: We wandered around a LOT, and there was a general strike, and we went to the New Acropolis Museum.

Honeymoon Day 1 (aka Tuesday 10/16): ATHENS

David & I are BAD BAD BLOGGERS who haven't blogged in forever.  We're blogging our honeymoon so that we remember what happened each day because we're both bad at remembering specific things.

Day 1: Tuesday
We arrived in Athens in the morning and slept a LOT.  We stayed at Athens Center Square, which was a trendy and small colorful hotel across the street from a neat fruit market.  We didn't have much of a game plan, so we spent the afternoon just wandering around and learning how to take pictures with our very first facy-ish camera.
